Brian Baldauff is Assistant Professor of Percussion at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point where he directs the percussion ensemble, teaches applied lessons, percussion fundamentals courses, and percussion pedagogy. A bold and versatile performer, Brian performs recitals, clinics, and masterclasses across the United States. He has presented at music educator conferences and numerous PAS Days of Percussion on a multitude of topics including mallet percussion pedagogy, accessory percussion technique, and solo and ensemble literature.
He can be heard on the forthcoming release with the John Psathas Percussion Project, Volume 1 and on his debut solo album, Canyon. Additionally, he was a performer on recordings with the University of Michigan Symphony Band and Percussion Ensemble (works of Michael Daugherty and Michael Udow, released on Equilibrium Records).

Brian holds the Doctor of Music Degree in Percussion Performance from The Florida State University, Master of Music Degree from the University of Michigan,
and a Bachelor's of Music Education degree from the University of Central Florida. His primary teachers include Jeffrey Moore, Michael Udow, Joseph Gramley, and John W. Parks IV. He is proudly sponsored by Innovative Percussion sticks and mallets, Sabian cymbals, Remo, Inc., and a member of the Black Swamp Percussion educator network.
