ABOUT THE PVMS BAND PROGRAM
The Park View Middle School Band Program is comprised of 7th grade band, 8th grade band, percussion ensembles and an auditioned extracurricular Jazz Band.
Park View Band students participate in the WSMA Solo/Ensemble Festival and the 8th grade band attends the Music Showcase Festival in the WI Dells. The 8th grade band earned a Superior Rating in its inaugural trip to the Music Showcase Festival in 2017 as well as recognition for Outstanding Trumpet Section and Outstanding Percussion Section.
Middle school band students participate in the Mukwonago High School Marching Band and Blue2 Indoor programs. Select students have been nominated and accepted to represent Park View at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Middle School Band Festival and at the WSMA Middle Level State Honors Band.

The majority of performances for the middle school bands take place at the Greenwald Foundation Performing Arts Center.
